OUR STORY

Tingers Childcare opened in April 2022, managed and owned by Alice who holds over 15 years Early Years experience. Her work has spanned many different avenues within Early Years, helping improve systems and advocate for families within Lincolnshire. Her vast experience has enabled her to foster the best approaches at Tingers Childcare for the highest quality care and education for children and their families.
The team at Tingers has grown rapidly and we now have over ten staff working within the nursery and preschool.
At Tingers we have a holistic and restorative approach to early childhood education. When we expose children to different environments and various learning experiences, we allow them to; explore their self-awareness, gain a sense of the world around them, build confidence and foundations for the next stage of their young lives and learning journey.
